Description
This role is for someone who is aligned with wellness, is passionate about supporting a growing small business, and has excellent social media skills. While this position includes studio operations and maintenance, strong, consistent experience in social media management and content execution is a key requirement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and support social media execution (content creation, posting, engagement)
- Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives
- Studio cleaning, maintenance, and organization
- Client support, bookings, and in-studio hospitality
- Research projects, outreach, and cold calling as assigned
- Support operational, marketing, and administrative tasks delegated by the Manager/Assistant Manager
You will often work independently during 5/6-hour shifts and must be confident delivering high-level customer service when clients are present.

- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Extremely wellness-focused and health-conscious
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes initiative without being asked

- Strong communicator and confident decision-maker
- 2+ years social media experience
- Entrepreneurial, organized, reliable, and highly accountable
- Proactive problem-solver who needs minimal direction
- Sales- and service-oriented with strong hospitality instincts
- Passionate (or willing to learn) about wellness, personal growth, and community-centered businesses
