About the Spring 2026 MarComm Intern Position
ADELE seeks a Spring 2026 MarComm Intern with exceptional professionalism, creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. This role requires a proactive, motivated individual who demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills—ensuring that tasks are executed with precision in support of our valued clients.
Location
Office (Tallahassee, FL); Must be willing to report weekly to the Tallahassee, FL office; schedule to be determined upon hire.
Position Type
Part-time (paid); 10-15 hours a week, depending on student availability; recommended schedule between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on weekdays.
Qualifications
Preferred Competencies
- Strong creative, writing, and editing skills, specifically honed for marketing materials and social media platforms.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain and follow brand guides.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on social media analytics.
- Research skills, especially for social media and industry trends.
- Media list building and maintenance experience.
- Interest in supporting multimedia photoshoots (call sheets, release forms, on-site assistance).
- Strong organizational skills for managing project trackers and real-time task updates.
- Meeting preparation skills (agendas, setup, note-taking/summaries).
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus for assistance in creating social media graphics (static, animated, stories, sales-focused).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- 1 year of customer-facing experience or an executive assistant role. Customer-facing experience may include retail, food-service, hospitality, and more.
- Ability to write and edit across multiple formats.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with miscellaneous/runner tasks.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with ADELE supervisors and team members.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
