Copywriter and Content Specialist

Description

This role is responsible for writing, editing, and managing copy across multiple platforms and distribution channels. The position will play a key role in brainstorming, developing, and delivering compelling messaging for FAIA, its for-profit subsidiary (FAIA Member Services), and Independent Market Solutions. Additionally, the position supports the Communications department’s overall goals, including website management, email communications, promotional materials, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write effective, audience-driven marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and digital communication best practices.
• Proficiency in managing projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and departments.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of communication practices.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in copywriting or marketing communications.
