Whether you work for a PR firm, local or state government, or one of Tallahassee’s professional associations, chances are you’ll need to work closely with local members of the media. Join us for our June monthly luncheon to meet some of Tallahassee’s newer faces in the media market, including the news director for WCTV Ch. 6 and the assignment manager for the News Service of Florida. We’ll also have a chance to chat with the managing editor of the Tallahassee Democrat and the news director for the Florida Channel’s Capitol Update program.
Former reporter and PR pro Alia Faraj-Johnson will lead us through a conversation-based discussion about best practices, preferences and how to communicate effectively with members of the media.
