In this highly interactive, hands-on session, PR and communication professionals will experience how LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® can be used as a powerful strategic communication tool. Guided through facilitated activities, participants will use building and storytelling to surface unspoken challenges, strengthen dialogue, and gain clearer alignment around complex issues.

Rather than relying solely on traditional discussion, this approach taps into creativity and imagination to unlock deeper insights, encourage more authentic participation, and improve problem-solving in high-stakes or nuanced communication environments.
