9-10:15 a.m. – Get a Peek behind the Curtain of the Firehouse Subs Private, National VIP Media Experience
Keynote speaker, Liz Anderson, senior public relations manager of Firehouse of American, LLC, will give us a peek behind the curtain of the Firehouse Subs private, national VIP media experience. As a leader in the fast casual restaurant industry, Firehouse Subs adopted the not-so-familiar Familiarization Tour model to elevate the traditional blogger experience. With more than 273 million impressions and $1.7 million advertising equivalency from just two FAM events, Liz is excited to share best practices of how a single media event propelled the brand into unprecedented PR successes.
10:30-11:30 – Deep Dive into Analytics
Kevin Coulson, communication director for Waymaker Communications in Gainesville, will do a Deep Dive into Analytics with us. Many of us get the weekly reports from Facebook telling us how our posts did last week, but what do they really mean? Are we reviewing the proper data to share, or should we look for something else?
11:30-Noon – Networking and Lunch
Noon-1:15 p.m. – You Get What You Give: Partner with Non-Profits for PR Success
