The Foundation for Excellence in Education (ExcelinEd) was launched in 2008 to ignite a movement of reform, state-by-state, in order to transform education across America for the 21st century. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan policy organization focused on state-level education reform.

ExcelinEd is currently seeking communications and marketing interns. Tasks may include but are not limited to the areas of communications research, advertising, public relations writing, media clip collection/reports and contact database management.

This internship is an excellent way to supplement coursework and gain practical experience in the communications or marketing field of study.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Word Press, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office proficient
• Preferred communications and marketing-related area of study
