Digital Content Manager
The Digital Content Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure the consistent, positive visibility and growth of the Florida TaxWatch brand through social and emerging media channels.

Social & Digital Media
This position uses social and other digital media avenues to expand the reach of Florida TaxWatch by crafting and executing a digital media plan, and ensures a wide release of TaxWatch research using all available digital channels.
This position is also responsible for the primary management and upkeep of all TaxWatch websites and digital systems, including email newsletters and alerts.

Video Production
This position will be responsible for working with the research and communications teams to conceptualize and create a video library around the research activities of Florida TaxWatch; will include stand-alone “explainer” videos, report-specific “cliffs notes” videos released with the reports, and other products as appropriate.

This position will be responsible for recording various parts of each event, and creating pre- and post-event promotional/recap videos to be used to increase attendance at all TaxWatch events

Photography Production
This position will be the primary photographer for Florida TaxWatch, coordinate staff to ensure maximum coverage for all events and necessary photo opportunities; compile photos into shared galleries online; and ensure that TaxWatch publications have the necessary photography to meet their needs.

Events, Marketing, and Development Support
This position will assist with event promotion and execution, and in the development and creation of the organization’s marketing efforts as necessary.

Qualifications

At a minimum: advanced knowledge of social media from a marketing and engagement perspective; some experience with HTML/CSS; relevant experience as a photographer/videographer; relevant experience working for commercial or nonprofit client/company.

A successful candidate for this position will be experienced in the Adobe Creative Suite, will be able to work independently to accomplish tasks on a deadline, and work extremely well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
