The Brand and Content Manager supports the Florida Hospital Association’s efforts to build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across traditional and online media channels. This person will work within the communications team to ensure that all materials are consistent with Association branding. This person must be a team player with the ability to conceptualize visual concepts based on requests, collect feedback, and deliver projects on schedule.


  • Lead graphic design for the Florida Hospital Association
  • Lead presentation development process
  • Maintain FHA branding throughout all FHA internal and external content
  • Evaluate creative work for effectiveness against established strategies and objectives
  • Develop and publish content on social media and FHA website
  • Integrate technologies to support communications efforts
  • Assist the Communications Director with messaging strategy
  • Organize media and FHA member events
  • Track and report on communication and media metrics
  • Work on other special projects as assigned
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Salary will be commensurate with experience; approximately $60,000-$70,000


  • Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphics or equivalent field
  • At least four years of experience in graphic design
  • Deep knowledge of art direction and design process
  • Eye for detail with a passion for delivering great work and meaningful results
  • Computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in writing, editing, photography and/or videography preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
