Deadline for ER for PR Applications Extended

Call for Applications

The Capital Chapter would like to invite local organizations to submit an application to participate in the morning portion of ER for PR, including one-on-one counseling sessions with PR experts.

Attendees will receive an “Emergency Kit” that includes tips from the experts and how to write a press release, a chance to bid on low-priced communication services at the silent media auction, an opportunity to speak with PR pros from the area, network with other nonprofits and local businesses in the area, as well as local area media members that all local NPs and businesses should know.

ER for PR applications are due Friday, Aug. 16, 2013. Please email rebeccam@moorecommgroup.com with your completed application to be considered for the free morning portion of ER for PR.

Organizations that would like to stay for the afternoon event must purchase tickets. The cost is $50 for nonprofits and $60 for businesses. Funds generated from this event will go toward scholarships for local public relations and communications students.
