Job Board Terms and Conditions
The rules for posting on the FPRA Capital Chapter job board.
By submitting a job listing to the FPRA Capital Chapter job board, you (“the Employer”) agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility and Submission
- Listings must be for positions located in, or remote/virtual within, North Florida or South Georgia.
- Listings must be for legitimate, currently open positions in public relations, communications, marketing, or related fields.
- The Employer is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.
- All submissions are reviewed by a chapter administrator before they are published. The FPRA Capital Chapter reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing at its discretion.
2. Member and Non-Member Postings
- FPRA Capital Chapter members in good standing may post listings at no charge.
- Non-members may post a listing for a fee of $25.00 per posting, payable at submission via the chapter’s online checkout.
- Posting fees are tied to the submitter and are non-transferable.
3. Posting Duration
- Approved listings remain live for the period stated at posting, or until the listed application deadline passes, whichever comes first.
- The Employer may request early removal by contacting the chapter.
4. Payment and Refunds
- Non-member posting fees are processed at submission. A listing is not published until payment is received and the listing is approved.
- Posting fees are non-refundable once a listing is approved and published. If a paid listing is declined by the chapter, the fee will be refunded.
5. Acceptable Content
The Employer agrees not to submit listings that are false, misleading, or discriminatory; that promote multi-level marketing or schemes; that contain unlawful or infringing content; or that require applicants to pay a fee to apply.
6. Use of the Job Board
The job board is a member and community service. The FPRA Capital Chapter does not screen, endorse, or guarantee any employer, position, or applicant, and is not a party to any hiring relationship.
7. Liability
The job board is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the FPRA Capital Chapter disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the job board or any listing on it.
8. Changes to These Terms
The FPRA Capital Chapter may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the job board constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
