Admit it — we all tend to watch with morbid fascination as large corporations respond to the latest crisis that is tanking their reputation, trending on socials, and destroying their stock value. What about when it happens to you, your agency, your client, your government, non-profit, or business? As a respected PR pro, it falls to you to lead your organization’s response, to have done the prep work in advance, and to know how to communicate effectively in a crisis. Your seasoned counsel can ensure you handle the curveballs and come out on top. In this session, our speakers will:

  • Help you and your organization prepare for any crisis
  • Discuss the neuroscience behind why some messages resonate, and others strike out
  • Facilitate brainstorming and collaborating with other PR experts on real-life case studies
  • Provide tested and true tips from crisis comms experts
