Web and Graphics Manager

Description

Located in the Office of Communication, this position is expected to assist with the Department’s internal communications initiatives, as well as manage digital media channels such as the agency’s website and social media accounts. The incumbent should have experience in web (HTML), social media management (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), and graphic design, utilizing programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. It is essential that the incumbent in this position be able to effectively communicate with both external and internal audiences to advance the Office’s mission of providing accurate, transparent and timely information about the Florida Department of Corrections. Qualifications

– Associate of Arts Degree or higher
– Professional work experience using HTML and graphic design programs
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic design programs
– Professional experience in writing and correspondence
