Description
Web and graphic team manager sought to lead a team of creative and innovative graphics and website designers in the Division of Medical Quality Assurance, which licenses and regulates health care practitioners in Florida. The successful candidate will lead a team of graphic artists and website designers to develop and produce quality, engaging websites and construct thematic publications and designs. The manager will guide creative and collaborative discussions within the team and with internal stakeholders to produce printed, digital and web-based informational materials that align with strategic plans and conform with branding guidelines. This team is undertaking a website redesign for health care practitioner board websites, and the manager candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership ability for large-scale design initiatives, preferably website design initiatives.
Salary: $55,000-$60,000 (higher end requires formal supervisory experience)

Qualifications
- Skill in critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving.
- Skill and experience in publishing and web design.
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience with image authoring tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Skill in and experience with audience/stakeholder research.
- Ability to advise others on the most effective types of displays.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work in a setting requiring self-motivation/cooperative decision-making and to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
