Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Web and Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain DEO Internet (www.floridajobs.org) and intranet sites using .NET CMS (Sitefinity) and hand-coded HTML/CSS (Dreamweaver). Design and produce printed and digital media for brochures, advertisements, posters, fliers, invitations, infographics, displays, exhibits, etc. using Adobe Creative Suite Premium (5.5 or higher).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of web design principles and techniques, including ADA accessible (Section 508) web practices.
• ASP.NET CMS (Sitefinity knowledge preferred)
• Hand-code HTML and CSS – HTML5 knowledge desired
• Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 or higher – Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
