Temporary Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Description

Exciting temporary opportunity available to support the marketing and communications efforts of CareerSource Capital Region. This position will be scheduled for 30 hours per week at a pay rate of $15-$19 per hour, depending upon experience.

Qualifications

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Three or more years of relevant professional experience preferred but not required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; social media experience; ability to produce AP style press releases and media advisories; ability to photograph, video and edit digital images of corporate events; ability to create and manage website content; and knowledge of graphic design required. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator helpful. Previous experience updating website content preferred. Experience in creating and distributing newsletters via an email service provider (ESP), such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact preferred.
