Summer/Fall Internship Open House

Description

SalterMitchell PR is hosting an open house for college underclassmen, graduate students and post-grads seeking a paid 4-month Summer and/or Fall public relations internship.

During the open house, attendees will learn about our firm, meet key staff and be given an opportunity to pre-interview for our internship program. We are looking for candidates to fill the role of PR and Digital Media Assistant.

In this position, you will help implement campaigns using paid, earned, shared and owned methods including public relations, media relations, digital and social media, graphic design, video production, etc. You will also help produce our Fluent in Floridian podcast, which features the Sunshine State’s brightest leaders talking about the issues most important to the people of Florida and its more than 100 million yearly visitors.

Date: Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 5:00 – 7 p.m. E.T.
Location: 117 South Gadsden Street (free parking in the back lot)
Attire: Business casual

Qualifications

What you need to possess: Creativity, superior writing skills, and at least one previous internship in communications, public relations, marketing, video production, graphic design or website development.
