The primary responsibility of the Sr. Graphic Artist is to coordinate, design and produce high complexity marketing and enrollment-related materials through various stages of development to proposed deadlines. Possess a proven understanding of how design and leadership skills relate to successful production of all materials. Responsible for analyzing and researching graphic technology, marketing and advertising trends. Communicates established design materials and team procedures to our clients and appropriate functional teams to ensure various team processes and procedures fulfill marketing, as well as enrollment material obligations and services sold.
Duties: • Coordinate, design and produce materials for publication via electronic file transfer and conventional methods to support enrollment materials, advertising and sales/marketing for clients.
• Establish timelines and objectives using database tracking software and tracks the progress of those materials. Tracks materials/project status from planning through development and printing to ensure high-quality materials/projects are completed on schedule.
• Conceptualize and design by determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects styles and size of type and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and aesthetic design concepts; determine style, technique and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform with reproduction requirements.
• Maintain logs and records of current projects their status, and issues that arise during productions.
• Analyze data from Documentation of Services and other documentation sold in order to determine material needs.

Education/Experience:
Fifth year college or university program certificate with a major course of study in Graphic Design or related field; or three to four years related experience and/or training in Graphic Design may be substituted; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Adobe InDesign software (including the interactive functionality), Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Captivate, and Macintosh platform. If needed, must complete Adobe Captivate training and training on the interactive functionality of InDesign and be able to demonstrate knowledge of these applications.

Work Hours:
Flex hours between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. 40 hours per week – salary.
