Sales Associate

Description

If you’re a highly motivated self-starter that enjoys a fast paced environment, MCCi’s sales team may be a great fit for you. We are looking for a Sales Associate to work with our Sales and Marketing team in evaluating client needs, proposing solutions and consulting with staff to become an integral part of our sales team. You will demo software and qualify sales leads while maintaining quarterly goals. This role will give you a great foundation for sales and be a great way to jump start your career.

Specific responsibilities:
• Generate, effectively qualify and route leads to sales team
• Achieve/exceed quarterly goals including lead qualification and lead referral
• Assist marketing in conducting sales campaigns to generate leads
• Work directly with regional account executives to gain sales experience

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills with Outlook, MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and organization skills
Goal oriented with a history of exceeding goals and expectations
