This position is responsible for writing news releases–based on Commission decisions or events–editing a monthly internal newsletter and a quarterly consumer newsletter, taking photographs for the newsletters and for Commission events, recording videos for the consumer newsletter, and posting and updating Commission social media accounts. The position also requires occasional travel to cover Commission meetings or outreach events. The candidate should have strong writing/editing skills and a knowledge of social media platforms.


A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study preferably in Journalism, English or Public Relations.
