The Public Sector Business Development Coordinator will assist Coastal Cloud’s public sector team in writing, editing, design and other activities related to the proposal development process in response to formal procurement procedures for state and local governments across the country. This position will be based in the Tallahassee office.

Examples of Work Performed

Support the public sector business development and leadership teams in the following activities:
Monitor bidding sites to find opportunities.
Read, review, and understand government RFIs and RFPs
Develop and write compliant and compelling proposal responses to state and local government RFIs, RFPs, RFQ’s
Communicate the company’s solutions for staffing and technical approach by analyzing requirements and incorporating our company’s collective knowledge, expertise, and capabilities to set us apart from our competition.
Develop compelling past performance references and success stories that showcase the skills and experiences gained from successful projects
Edit and proofread proposal sections for accuracy, style and consistency
Participate in brainstorming, strategy sessions and status meetings with team members
Conceptualize, design, and develop intuitive graphics to support proposal narrative
Participate in developing and maintaining content library
Participate in post-award analysis to inform continuous improvement.

Ability to use (or quickly learn to use) preferred digital tools for collaboration and content creation.

Proven ability to learn quickly – technical and non-technical processes
Skilled in quickly managing and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study
At least 1 year of relevant work experience related to writing, editing and/or procurement
