Public Relations Specialist
Description
- Attend community events as a representative for NFLWC
- Chair of office Social Committee
- Communicate with CEO on strategies to increase patient levels
- Communicate with community partners on sponsorships and event opportunities
- Develop advertisements to match current marketing goals and strategies
- Develop and analyze monthly and quarterly Patient Survey
- Develop monthly Patient and Employee e-News letter
- Develop e-marketing campaigns through Constant Contact
- Maintain Internal communication with staff on current in-office events
- Manage and analyze SEO program
- Manage and maintain promotional items
- Manage and maintain social media accounts
- Manage and maintain website content
- Manage phone “hold” message and waiting room screens
- Organize physician lectures in the community
- Organize Becoming You – Bi-yearly Open House
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields
- 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to create and develop strategic women’s health related campaigns
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and maintain Marketing Budget
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Exceptional media relations and relationship-building skills and experience
- Experience in Constant Contact
- Experience in event coordination
- Must have a willingness to work weekends and travel as necessary
- Must have real world experience that illustrates how the candidate measures the business impact of a well-executed public relations strategy
- Proficient in social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills (able to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously)
