VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism marketing corporation for the State of Florida, seeks a high energy team player who is passionate about stories and travel. Must be able to build relationships in broadcast, digital and print media channels. We are looking for an idea generator who can garner earned media through proactive pitching. Must be able to manage projects while collaborating with an integrated marketing team. Must understand the role of content, social media and media relations in the evolving world of PR. Minimum four year degree in public relations, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field and three years public relations experience, preferably in the tourism industry, required.
