VISIT FLORIDA, the official tourism marketing corporation for the State of Florida, seeks a high energy public relations professional to join their global public relations team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have three-plus years of public relations experience managing consumer and trade and business PR campaigns, including developing strategy, creating plans, writing, pitching and collaborating with an integrated marketing team. Must be able to manage multiple projects and agency support and have a strong understanding of the role of content, social media and media relations in a dynamic organization. Minimum four-year degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field and three years of public relations experience required. Experience in the travel and tourism industry and fluency in Spanish are pluses. Salary commensurate with experience. Strong benefits package included. Deadline for application is July 11, 2015.
