Description
SalterMitchell PR is looking for college juniors, seniors and graduate students to join our team and help good causes win.
As a PR and Marketing Assistant, you will get hands-on experience helping our team implement client campaigns using paid, earned, shared and owned methods including public relations, media relations, digital and social media, research, content creation, SEO, analytics and event management.
You will also work with our team to highlight our staff, client work, accomplishments, professional development, and awesome experiences. In short, helping us brag about ourselves! This will include designing custom graphics and videos, writing blog posts, exploring creative ideas, and helping produce our Fluent in Floridian podcast, which features the Sunshine State’s brightest leaders talking about the issues most important to the people of Florida.
This is a paid position located in our Tallahassee office. We encourage students to use this internship for academic credit.
Qualifications
To apply, candidates are required to have completed a communications internship at another agency or with a non-profit, business or public institution. We’re looking for individuals who are self-starters, detailed-oriented, results-driven, creative, and fun.
