The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, part of the FSU College of Business, is seeking a News & Public Affairs Coordinator to add to our dynamic team.

This position is responsible for assisting the Communications Manager with writing press releases, articles and feature stories, assembling quarterly newsletters and creating rack cards, invitations, programs and advertisements. This individual will also develop web content and manage social media accounts, as well as draft and edit email marketing campaigns and assist with maintaining CRM database. This individual will be responsible for pitching news and events to the media in order to earn press coverage. Experience with graphic design and video editing is preferred.

In addition to these responsibilities, this person will work with our regional offices around the state to provide marketing and communications support and staff local and statewide events as necessary.


Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or educational equivalent.
