The Marketing Specialist leading product solutions ensures continuous improvement and development of marketing content surrounding our unique GoToMarket solutions. Collateral Lifecycle Management: Ensure a full suite of marketing collateral is built and kept up to date including; presentation decks, brochures, landing pages, marketing videos and demo video library.
Cross-Coordination: Work seamlessly with the Marketing & Alliances team, CoEs, Industries and Region leadership in the discovery and delivery of collateral. Provide cost estimates and gain approval for content, design, and budget from the Marketing Director. Work transparently and continuously with the marketing team in the creative and production process, documenting all work and collaborating in Salesforce.
Research: Work with Product Solution & Service teams to discover client goals, personas of key decision makers, and gain a firm understanding of the market before beginning collateral development. Develop an idea of deal size, target market, and total potential market for each product launch or pursuit.
Reports and Insights: Develop reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in the deal cycles where the solutions are being implemented or services sold. Gain insights and discuss with the team and solution business development leaders to continuously improve the collateral and strategies.
Agility and Work Ethic to Accomplish Goals: Meet the unexpected needs of marketing by quickly pivoting anytime to perform duties of each position within marketing in the absence of a team member, cross-training on tools and processes
Superb listening skills and ability to empathize with customers and business development leaders to develop the best collateral for the audience and purpose
Ability to understand the best way to communicate and motivate executives, peers, partners and clients, creating a sense of mutual value
Ability to use digital tools and data to answer questions in a quantified approach that guides decision making.
Working knowledge of creative writing, graphics and/or understanding of corporate design, email marketing, social media, CRM lead and opportunity management, customer success, and public relations.
Proven ability to learn quickly – technical and non-technical processes
Skilled in quickly managing and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision
