VISIT FLORIDA is looking for a Marketing Manager who is team-oriented, a clear and consistent communicator, and passionate about marketing. This individual will be part of an integrated marketing team, working closely with internal and external resources to develop and execute go-to-market plans for our consumer brand to reach key international audiences. This position will uphold creative brand standards, drive timelines, track budget expenditures, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. This role is located in Florida, with a preference to be located in our corporate office in Tallahassee, FL.

Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate timely interaction between internal departments, external agencies, vendors and partners to execute approved plans.
Review and provide feedback for advertising creative production, messaging and editorial content development targeting specific audience segments (through Domestic Trade partnerships and in International markets) ensuring the content represents the brand. This includes creative production for advertising elements.
Maintain documentation to track and ensure compliance with contracts, work plans, timelines and budget expenditures to support approved operational and strategic plans. Communicate progress with all stakeholder groups.
Identify, analyze and report on key branding issues, business challenges and trends in target markets and relevant to international audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or relevant field
5 + years experience in marketing, marketing strategy development, tourism, project management with measurable results
Clear communicator with flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams, results oriented, detail focused and flexible with change.
Experience drawing connections between the brand, research, economic trends, past performance results and marketing objectives to inform tactics that engage potential travelers through available marketing channels.
Experience developing international campaign strategies that align with an overall marketing plan. This would include setting goals, calendar planning and processes development to execute the plan effectively.
