The Marketing Director is a vital member of our corporate branding team. This role aids in the development and execution of Lucky Goat Coffee’s marketing vision driving brand awareness, revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels, and continuously enhancing the customer experience within Tallahassee and our Franchise markets.
This position is full-time on-site at our corporate offices in Tallahassee, Florida and reports directly to the Vice President of Branding.
Job Description
– Direct the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and various initiatives including asset development, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, website maintenance and enhancements, digital portals and subscriptions, blogs, newsletters, SMS, PR, advertising, events and tradeshows, video and photoshoots.
– Develop and implement targeted advertising plans for both Lucky Goat Coffee Corporate and Franchise Cafe openings and provide on-going marketing support to aid brand expansion.
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve strategic vision and drive growth in both B2C and B2B markets.
– Manage the general department activity calendar, social and digital calendar, and project management software.
– Oversee brand copywriting, creative content, internal and external communications to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications.
– Manage the marketing budget, social ads. Ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and ROI is tracked for all marketing activities.
– Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
– Oversee and manage the corporate branding team, including the Digital Marketing Specialist, Branding Associates, and our intern program.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, department vendors, and brand ambassadors.
– Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives against ROI and KPIs to determine necessary improvements to drive performance.
– Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to the VP of Branding and Senior Leadership Team.
– Proficiency in Marketing Software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.
Qualifications
Requirements
– BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
– Minimum of five years of work experience in Marketing or related field with a minimum of three years as a Marketing Manager or above.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills with emphasis on mentoring and inspiring the greater branding team.
– Superior communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
– A true problem solver. Never meeting a problem that can’t be solved!
– The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
– Proven management and organizational skills – with thoroughness and attention to detail.
– Previous experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing.
– Experience in B2C and B2B marketing required.
– Proficiency in Marketing Software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and project management platforms.
