This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing plans for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and its for-profit arm, FAIA Member Services. This position also works to support the communications department’s overall efforts through drafting and posting on social media, making updates to the website, developing email communications, and serving as a liaison with the association’s contracted graphic designer.


  • Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, media/communication studies, information/communication/technology or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be considered for the above minimum qualifications.
