Provides graphic design and marketing content support to the Marketing/Administrative Services departments.

Coordinates and implements marketing projects with responsibilities that includes public relations, special event management, advertising, and increasing brand awareness.

Plans, analyzes, and creates graphic design ideas and solutions. Prepares design files for professional printing. Manages the creation of promotional items, including researching, designing, and placing orders with venders.

Coordinates, oversees and tracks all advertising schedules and placements. Develops the layout and production design of collaterals materials, which can include brochures, advertisements, corporate reports, etc. in conjunction with outside vendors. Maintains an archive of press clippings and advertisements.

Manages the community event/sponsorship process. Compiles and produces sponsorship and marketing reports. Participates in community events representing Capital Health Plan. Many events are after hours and/or on the weekends.

Manages communication and coordination with outside venders. Reviews specification sheets/proofs, obtain bids, and act as liaison with venders. Coordinates large mailing projects with print vendors.

Manages content of CHP websites with responsibilities that include keeping all content up to date, reviewing the website to ensure accuracy and inclusion of all pertinent information from a consumer/member prospective. Develops material for websites, interactive media, and multimedia projects. Serves as liaison with current web provider.

Manages social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) for company-wide initiatives, talent recruitment, social media campaign creation and execution, and continuous monitoring.

Coordinates or conducts community engagement on relevant topics that seek to increase membership or knowledge about the company (Chamber, FPRA, Health Fairs, etc.).

Tracks and maintains inventory of marketing materials.

Compiles provider access reports for audits, bids and survey responses. (Geoaccess)
