Director, Marketing & Communications

Description

Works under the direction of the Chief Communication Officer to develop marketing and communication strategies to generate awareness and positive perception of TMH to connect individuals and families with resources they need to live healthy, happy lives and to spearhead effective communication so our colleagues are informed and engaged.

Completes program development projects of quantitative and qualitative natures, under the direction of the CCO/VP. Monitors, researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents written and verbal reports on internal, environmental, and strategic topics identified by senior managers as service line and marketing performance determinants. Works collaboratively with physician leaders, senior managers, and outside organizations to identify, communicate, and assist in implementing program initiatives proactively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, or healthcare administration and five years of relevant job-related experience.
