- Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000

- Expectations: Full-time, hybrid (both in-person and remote) schedule

JOB SUMMARY
The Florida Justice Association (FJA) is looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic individual who will share responsibility for FJA’s email marketing, social media campaigns, market research, website management, content creation, and dissemination of copy.
This individual will also collaborate with coworkers across departments and facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develops high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
- Conducts market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
- Reviews our campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness.
- Conceptualizes marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective members.
- Creates well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
- Collaborates with our graphic designer to improve the appearance and layout of campaigns.
- Maintains our subscriber database and implements new segments, testing, and automations to improve deliverability and reach.
- Monitors and reports on the utility of each campaign.
- Curates content for FJA’s email daily news digest.
Website Responsibilities:
- Maintains website presence and executes website content updates.
- Leads website content review team.
- Ensures the website performs well, managing pages and catalogs, and optimizes conversion rates.
- Uses analytics tools to track website performance and keyword research.
- Optimizes for on-site and technical SEO.
- Improves and updates the design and content of the website.
- Ensures consistent brand messaging across website and digital platforms.
- Identifies campaign results and recommends improvements.
- Works with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Creates content for FJA’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plans and schedules content in advance using Buffer.
- Manages social media advertising campaigns using Ads Manager.
- Works with the Marketing department to strategize content ideas.
- Uses analytics tools based on established KPIs to gauge the success of posts and campaigns.
- Formulates high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Builds and sustains social media presence.
- Monitors FJA’s brand on social media.
- Manages online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responds to comments on each of our accounts.
- Oversees customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzes data for maximum impact.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Evaluates data and creates reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Assists with implementing plans relating to member outreach, retention, and marketing to achieve revenue goals and engage with prospective members.
- Assists with the production of digital marketing materials using Canva.
- Assists in taking photos and documenting FJA events for publication and publicity.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in marketing with at least 1 year of experience running an email marketing program.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign or a similar email marketing tool.
- Skilled in A/B testing, building segments/automations, and email best practices.
- Experience with websites, including WordPress, with knowledge of HTML preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva.
- Proven experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce quality content.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
