JOB SUMMARY

The Florida Justice Association (FJA) is growing and looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for all aspects of FJA’s email marketing and social media campaigns, including market research, content creation, and dissemination of copy.

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will stay on top of technological developments that facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign features.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Email Marketing Responsibilities:
•Developing high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns using our CRM, ActiveCampaign.
•Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
•Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.
•Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele.
•Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
•Collaborating with our graphic designer to improve the appearance and layout of outputs.
•Maintaining our subscriber database and implementing new segments, testing, and automations to improve deliverability and reach.
•Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.
•Curating content for FJA’s email daily news digest.

Social Media Responsibilities:
•Create content for FJA’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
•Plan and schedule content in advance.
•Running social media advertising campaigns using Ads Manager.
•Work with the Marketing department to strategize content ideas.
•Use analytics tools based on established KPIs to gauge the success of posts and campaigns.
•Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
•Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
•Monitoring FJA’s brand on social media.
•Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
•Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
•Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
•Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Other Duties as Assigned:
•Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
•Assist in updating images and copy on our website.
•Assist with implementing plans relating to member outreach, retention, and marketing to achieve revenue goals and engage with prospective members.
•Assist with the production of digital marketing materials using Canva.
•May assist in taking photos and documenting FJA events for publication and publicity.
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•3 years of experience in marketing with at least 1 year of experience running an email marketing program.
•Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
•Proven experience creating high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign or a similar email marketing CRM.
•Skilled in A/B testing, building segments/automations, and email best practices.
•Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva.
•Proven experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
•Proven experience using Facebook Ads Manager.
•Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
•Outstanding copywriting and editing abilities.
•Ability to harness collaboration to produce quality content.
•Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
•Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.

PREFERRED:
•Experience or willingness to develop skills in creating and optimizing ad campaigns and paid search landing pages using Google Ads Manager.
