Communications Director

Description

Full-time communications professional sought by major Association in Tallahassee with approximately 3,000 members. Position will be responsible for external messaging and internal update information with membership.

Qualifications

Preferred applicant has at least five years’ experience with extensive oral communication and writing skills, a background in issue advocacy and working with members of the media. Applicants’ experience in graphics applications, light web design, video production and use of social media for use in advocacy or campaigns is necessary.

Candidates should have understanding of the legislative process and/or campaigns for public office.
