Description
Under the direction of the Deputy Executive Director of Community Relations, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties related to communications, public relations, and marketing. Additionally, the Communications Coordinator will be involved with cultivation and stewardship activities related to non-profit fundraising and relationship management.

Essential Functions
Communications
- Monitor social media for opportunities to engage our community and identify trends that can benefit outreach and engagement to ultimately increase reach.
- Assist with videography and photography at events and functions.
- Develop content and material for FSA programs for review.
- Assist with app development and content management.
- Assist team members with internal communications.
- Copywriting and editing for priority FSA projects.
Marketing
- Assist with developing marketing strategies for revenue-generating and service programs.
- Assist in researching options and obtaining quotes for branded collateral.
- Prepare and follow-up on insertion orders and advertising agreements.
- Assist in managing digital campaigns, publications, and mailings.
- Update email marketing lists in community engagement and marketing platform.
- Collect and compile data for reporting.
Additional Responsibilities
- Understand the role of community manager and provide support as needed.
- Serve as back up on AV set-up for the training center.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Remuneration
- Salary range starting at $60.799.97.

Qualifications
Education, Professional Certification, or License
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative work preferred.
