+HoyStarkHagan Architects (+HSHA) is looking for a dynamic, organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support a team in their day-to-day tasks. This capable candidate will be a problem-solver and have a professional yet approachable communication style. He/She will have good business sense and the ability to manage multiple tasks with poise, confidence, and tact.
Under the direction of Marketing Coordinator and the principals of +HoyStarkHagan, this candidate will coordinate and manage the day to day administrative functions to meet client, business, and firm goals. Our ideal candidate must be able to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines, multitask, work in a very fast-paced, deadline intensive environment and be intellectually curious.
About the Job:
Respond to requests for information from clients, account staff and other firm employees in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Demonstrate polished writing and communication skills necessary for communicating with new business prospects, current clients, vendors, team members, and leadership.
Prioritize workload and be available and flexible to assist when needed.
Managing incoming mail, packages, and messengers
Scheduling conference calls
Provide courteous, accurate, and thorough phone coverage.
Maintain office inventory of office supplies.
Tactfully handle confidential and sensitive information
Follow through on all projects to ensure thoroughness and quality on all assignments. Cultivate and apply strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Take responsibility for own development. Participate in local office and agency activities and training sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
Previous administrative experience
Comfort and familiarity in social and online media a must
Strong creative and business writing skills
Strong interest in administrative duties and project management
Proficient in Microsoft Office
