Responsibilities
This program manager will offer direct support to the Director of Membership & Marketing, helping to design and execute strategies for increasing membership through strategic partnerships as well as targeted and segmented campaigns. Works collaboratively with the Student Alumni Association, Alumni Networks, Seminole Clubs, Alumni Programs and Outreach, and the Career Center to help design strategic partnerships and targeted campaigns that will increase memberships. Contributes to design and execution of an annual membership and marketing plan, including weekly and monthly retention efforts, membership activities, and member services. Tracks and reports weekly and monthly membership analysis using Foundation reporting system and the alumni dashboard.

Contributes to the design and execution of an alumni member benefits programs that offers career, networking, and discount opportunities. Serves as a staff resource for customer service issues related to membership and benefits and assists with handling correspondence and customer service. Coordinates with data specialist for data requests related to membership fulfillments, renewals, and life pledge communications. Represents and strengthens membership efforts at event programming and tabling; including but not limited to: tailgates, reunions, kickoff events, and networking events, as assigned (valid driver’s license required). Attends meetings for/with director, as needed. Keeps abreast of new alumni membership initiatives utilizing CAMMP network and other available resources. Contributes to the preparation of reports for national board or senior staffers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience or a combination of post-high school education and experience equal to eight years
  • Experience with membership acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Knowledge of advancement and membership technology and trends
  • Skilled at analyzing data to inform decisions
  • A Florida or Georgia driver’s license or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and manage complex administrative challenges
  • Ability to build timelines, calendars, and content
