Description

This role will serve as a core member within the Creative Team and will be focused on strategizing, creating and deploying content.

Position Overview:
-Creating and posting organic social media content for key accounts
-Overseeing social media community management for key accounts
-Supporting on paid social media content and digital ad copywriting
-Supporting team of digital content interns on social media content and community management support
-Developing social media strategies, plans and trainings

DETAILED POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Own the content strategy and execution deliverables across clients
-Create organic social media content daily
-Develop a content strategy for brands including ways to act and engaging content across all platforms, with a heavy emphasis on social media channels
-Sourcing visually friendly social media images and graphics, as well as work with designers on animated and elevated design needs
-Help plan integrated campaigns and how social content will play a role
-Develop channel-specific strategies
-Support the community management strategy and execution across accounts
-Collaborate on internal and client-facing social media trainings
-Provide reporting, measurement and optimization recommendations for social content

CONTINUE TO ELEVATE CONTENT PRODUCT

-Collaborate with creative team to deliver the final product and best results
-As the creator of innovative, engaging and award-winning content work that exceeds the client’s business goals. This individual be responsible for tapping into the daily pulse of consumer behaviors and trends to inform content, while quickly identifying opportunities for our clients to engage
-Consistently share trends (i.e. social memes, formats, cultural insights) and supporting implications
Deliver POVs and audits of industry examples, competitive examples, market shakers and supporting research
-Strong written, verbal, visual communication
-Ability to attend and lead meetings / brainstorms and provide insights and ideas where needed

DAY-TO-DAY OVERSIGHT OF CONTENT SUPPORT STAFF AND WORK ACROSS MULTIPLE DISCIPLINES WITH OVERSIGHT FROM THE DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL CONTENT STRATEGY

-Review content plans from the content support staff and provide ongoing counsel
-Ensure content support staff are delivering against weekly tasks and provide support where needed
-Support the training of content support staff in partnership with the Director of -Digital Content Strategy

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

-Develop a community management protocol for key clients
-Prepare messaging that anticipates positive and negative consumer responses
-Monitor accounts and respond following protocol
-Identify ways for the brand to engage on its own channel, as well as with other brands

ADDITIONAL CONTENT AS NEEDED

As available and as needed, provide copywriting support of digital ads including paid social, programmatic display and native executions

Qualifications

COLLABORATION & LEADERSHIP SKILLS:

-Cross-team superstar collaborator with a high level of teamwork, initiative and “expect more” spirit
-Basic understanding of digital advertising, including paid search, native, display, paid social. Traditional advertising (or willingness to learn) a plus
-Combines creative content ideas with smart strategies to drive results
-Excellent verbal, written, visual communicator
-Agency experience a plus
-Reports to the Associate Managing Director of Brand Development

Communication Planning: Should have a basic understanding of advertising, branding and public relations and how to construct a communications framework to inform a creative and/or content

Can create comms frameworks and/or brand planning to clearly define approaches to tackle business problems and inspire innovative solutions

PERSPECTIVES ON THE CHANGING WORLD OF SOCIAL AND CONTENT STRATEGY

-Demonstrates thorough understanding of client’s industry and category
-Continuously builds knowledge on the macro/micro forces that impact the client’s business
-Delivers ongoing thought leadership to clients and internal teams, particularly with a strong POV on consumer / cultural insights and content trends
-Experience with social listening and identifying insights to inform strategy and engagement tactics

A KEEN SENSE FOR PROBLEM-SOLVING / COMPLEX SOLUTIONS AND SIMPLIFYING THEM INTO DIGESTIBLE AND ACTIONABLE STRATEGIES

Pushes content and creative executions one step further to not just deliver out-of-the-box, fresh ideas, but plans for how to implement them in ways that feel simple
Knows how to find the insight and jump on it

TECHNICAL SKILLS

-Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills. Must be able to adapt writing to client’s preferred messaging and tone.
-Familiarity with all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, -Snapchat, TikTok) and preparation to learn Moore’s preferred management platforms such as Gain.
