Event Recap: Annual Resume/ Portfolio Speed Critique Networking Session with the FPRA Tallahassee Student Chapter

The FPRA Capital Chapter and Tallahassee Student Chapter came together for their annual professional networking event at Chez Pierre, Wednesday, Nov. 16. This year’s event expanded from resume critiques to cover topics such as interview tips, personal brands and strong portfolios. However, the continuous goal of uniting students and professionals remained. In the end, students left feeling even more prepared for not only spring opportunities but also for our careers post-college.
Local media, secured by FPRA Capital Chapter Student Liaison Lauren Novo, covered the event. WCTV highlighted the event on its website and Joel Silver from Live In Tallahassee attended the event, shot footage and aired coverage on his show.
The Student Chapter is extremely grateful for all the support the Capital Chapter continues to give us. The event was a great success and it wouldn’t be possible without the professionals that continue to help us. We look forward to networking with you all again soon.
