The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) Office of Communications is seeking an awesome intern! The intern will assist the Office of Communications with:
• Social media planning, drafting and scheduling for department channels, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Pulling social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the social media campaigns
• Various writing assignments that could include drafting social media posts, talking points or safety campaign evaluation reports
• Researching highway safety initiatives, social media strategies and other topics as assigned to support DHSMV’s safety campaign and consumer initiatives
• Identifying trends throughout department statistics and social media analytics for safety campaigns, consumer initiatives and public relations decisions
Qualifications

• Social media experience (business account experience preferred)
