Lynn Ponder is the creator of webcitygirls and has been selected by LATISM as Top Latina Digital Influencer.

Ledvi Beza, M.A. is the Chief Cultural Officer of Taproot Creative and specializes in language translation, specifically in cultural adaptation. She has worked on major brands including Subway, U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the Mosaic Company and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
